What you will bring to the role?
- Proven ability to provide expert administrative support including experience managing complex databases.
- High level interpersonal skills: particularly communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated high level of proficiency in core administrative functions including typing and skills in software packages including desktop publishing, data entry, MS Office suite, or similar packages and experience working with rostering, PAS and electronic patient record systems.
- Proficient minute taking skills and providing administration support for project development processes.
- Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality principles.
- Proven organisational skills in order to set priorities and monitor workflow.
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
