Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $97,027 - $107,059 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you'll be doing

 

As Team Coordinator, you’ll support the efficient functioning of the team through high-quality administrative coordination across a range of priority activities.

  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and provide secretariat support, including minute-taking and document preparation.
  • Maintain and update document trackers and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Draft correspondence, track progress on key tasks, and support the team in meeting critical deadlines and deliverables.
  • Provide support to ensure efficient daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery of team objectives.

 

About you 

 

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with: 

 

  • Proven experience providing high-level administrative and executive support
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with records management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
