We’re seeking an Administration Officer Extraordinaire – someone who brings warmth, joy, and exceptional organisational skills to a busy and fast-paced (but always fun!) environment.

About the role

In this role, you’ll be a valued member of a tight-knit, supportive team. You’ll juggle a variety of tasks, keep us organised, and bring positive energy to everything you do.
- Administrative support for the Chief Experience Officer and Principal Policy Officers
- Secretariat duties for high-level meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes, and action tracking
- Procurement and logistics coordination, including raising purchase orders, consumer remuneration and managing team travel arrangements
- Oversight of the Experience team mailbox, triaging enquiries and ensuring timely responses
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing team members
- General administrative coordination, including maintaining registers, records, and systems that help us stay organised and focused
Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $97,027 - $107,059 p.a. plus super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location - 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards
