TARGETED QUESTIONS
 
  1. Describe your experience in designing and managing programs or policies intended to effect change in relation to preventing and responding to violence, abuse and neglect and how you worked with a range of stakeholders to implement such programs/policies (maximum 350 words).
  2. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team which responds to issues which have the potential to result in vicarious trauma. Provide details of the strategies you would put in place to manage this issue while at the same time ensuring timely achievement of work deliverables (maximum 350 words).
