About this role
Lead a dynamic team of data and analytics specialists, influencing service delivery and public policy.
The Manager, AOD Data Systems and Analytics team, leads the development and management of data assets, data collation and reporting for the Alcohol and Other Drugs sector.
This role manages projects to evolve AOD data assets participate in updating clinical information systems, and provide data visualisation. This role will require an awareness of the sociopolitical context and factors that impact on data analysis and interpretation in the AOD sector.
The Manager leads the team, sets priorities and gives strategic direction. They also manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Crown Clerk 11/12, salary from $145,378 - $168,130 plus Super and annual leave loading

What you'll be doing
- Manage strategic data, analytics and informatics projects.
- Lead a team of data and analytics specialists, building a strong team culture and setting priorities.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure projects meet the needs of the Ministry and the community.
About you

- Experienced communicator of complex data and analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
