Executive Assistant to Executive Director, Health and Social Policy Branch
The Health and Social Policy Branch (HSPB) is recruiting one full time ongoing Executive Assistant to the Executive Director. The Executive Assistant will provide a comprehensive range of high-level administrative support functions to the Executive Director, Health and Social Policy to enable the timely delivery of business initiatives to a high quality and standard. The Executive Assistant will also provide ad hoc administrative and project support to other Directors and policy teams as required.

Crown Clerk 5/6, salary from $99,938 - $110,271 p.a. (plus Super and annual leave loading)

What you'll be doing
This role will be responsible for leading:
- Coordinate Branch administrative support to meet critical timelines
- Deliver a comprehensive range of administrative support functions, including diary and meeting management, routine database management, secretariat support to committees, photocopying, document production, compilation and distribution and maintenance of office equipment
- Receive, assess, and manage enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including requests for meetings
- Review and manage correspondence for signature by the Executive Director monitoring for quality, and/ or seeking additional information or clarification from the author if necessary
- Draft and prepare general correspondence, presentations, reports, and submissions
- Provide administrative and project support across several teams to achieve business needs and objectives as directed
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:
- Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling tasks and sensitive information
- Experience in a similar Executive Assistant role would be highly regarded
