About the role:
With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we’re enhancing health and wellness while developing your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.

You will administer and manage Content Manager in a large complex organisation to provide an efficient and effective electronic records service in accordance with legislative and policy requirements.  

Your innovation and drive to keep abreast of new Content Manager developments and product features will be pivotal in how we use Content Manager and manage our records.

You will lead Content Manager upgrades end to end in conjunction with infrastructure experts from eHealth and the broader user base.  

Health Manager Level 2 starting salary from $114,251 – $134,809 per annum plus Superannuation with a 38-hour work week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Monitor Content Manager ensuring optimal functionality and liaise with eHealth NSW to resolve system issues for all users.
  • Liaise, consult and negotiate with senior management and staff to provide accurate advice, consultancy and audits on records management issues.
  • Develop reports in Content Manager including complex searches for statistical reports.
  • Develop user requirements and build configuration changes within Content Manager as requested by users.
  • Provide support to team members with Content Manager queries ensuring transfer of knowledge and skills development.
     

About you:
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

  • Experience as an electronic document management Content Manager Administrator in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including the implementation of upgrades, training and ongoing support and having relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to advise others, analyse and interpret information, prepare system reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  • Experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
  • Proven engagement, collaboration and communication skills with the capability to build, maintain and use relationships with team members, customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven capacity to contribute to and implement industry better practice initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage.
