We are seeking an RN to be part of our dynamic and collaborative cancer research team with a Monday-Friday (non-shift) balance of life. The Clinical Trial Coordinator role will combine your excellent patient-focused, clinical, project management and organisational skills in a stimulating outpatient environment. You will work within a supportive team whilst managing a caseload of patients participating in Oncology and Haematology Clinical trials. Experience in Clinical Trials is not necessary, however attention to detail and a willingness to learn are essential as we will train the right candidate.
A Clinical Trial Coordinator ensures research is conducted in accordance with the protocol, ethical requirements and guidelines for Good Clinical Practice to achieve high quality data for sponsors. The successful candidate will practice and promote safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

What you'll be doing
The purpose of a Clinical Trial Coordinator Registered Nurse is to work in a team environment, managing a portfolio of clinical trials with a caseload of patients participating in Oncology and Haematology Clinical trials.
Ensuring research is conducted in accordance with the protocol, ethical requirements and guidelines for Good Clinical Practice to achieve high quality data for research whilst also practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
