Pharmacist Grade 3 - Dispensary Manager - Coffs Harbour Health Campus

The MNCLHD are currently seeking a Grade 3 Pharmacist to join our amazing team at Coffs Harbour Health Campus.

About you

• Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and postgraduate qualifications in a Diploma of Clinical Pharmacy or any other relevant postgraduate qualifications AND a minimum of 6 months experience in the relevant specialty OR not less than 3 years’ experience in hospital pharmacy including not less than 12 months experience in the relevant specialty.
• Extensive experience in the provision of advanced clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting with a demonstrated understanding of contemporary practice in clinical pharmacy, quality use of medicines and knowledge of relevant state and national policies that facilitate medication safety.
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with Pharmacy staff and other members of the healthcare team and clients and a demonstrated ability of problem solving skills
• Commitment to participate in ongoing professional development and experience in the provision of educational sessions to the multidisciplinary healthcare team and clients
• Proven record of significant contribution to medication safety and quality assurance activities
