Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Registered Nurse who is ready for a new adventure. - Incentives Offered: This position qualifies for incentives under the NSW Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme, including up to $20,000 sign on incentive, and up to $10,000 each year (incentive value dependent on full-time equivalent, position and location). Find out more here

Remuneration: $74,317.94 - $104,336.27 per annum, pro rata (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)/ or $37.48 - $52.62 per hour (+ plus casual loading)

About the role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and personalised care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while working closely with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across acute, aged care and emergency presentations
- Assess, plan and evaluate care in a dynamic rural setting with a broad scope of practice.
- Respond to clinical changes and emergencies with confidence and sound judgement.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic, community-focused care.
- Build strong relationships with patients, families and the local community to support continuity of care.
- Your contribution as a healthcare professional will have a meaningful and positive impact, which is felt at a community level.
Candidates will be required to meet the following criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs, develop, implement and evaluate person-centered plans of care within a multidisciplinary team
- Sound knowledge of patient safety, quality and risk, with a commitment to evidence based practice and continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Current Class C Driver Licence and a paid NSW Working With Children Check
- Australian Work Rights (sponsorship is not considered for this role)
