About the role
This role is the Privacy Contact Officer for our Health District, providing expert advice on information privacy and privacy governance.
You will work in collaboration with the Chief Legal Counsel, establishing and maintaining robust policies and procedures to ensure that NNSWLHD complies with NSW Privacy legislation (Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act (PPIPA) and Health Records and Information Privacy Act (HRIPA)). Ensuring that NNSWLHD complies with the requirements of the Government Information (Public Access) Act (GIPA).
