Remuneration: $71.60 - $85.30 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
The Operations Manager, Medical Imaging oversees all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the Medical Imaging Service, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
- Manages key staff and medical administration.
- Oversees budget, financial targets, and resource allocation.
- Leads workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management.
- Ensures compliance, governance, and service improvements.
- Supports strategic planning, facility development, and change management.

Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health services management (or equivalent) with extensive senior management experience, or an equivalent combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the patient billing and revenue model in NSW Health.
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex human resource and administration matters.
- Demonstrated skills in problem solving/negotiation and change management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in budgetary and financial management within allocated resources.
- Proven interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in clinical services planning and policy development skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Health Roster and Stafflink, with preferable experience in ROB, Vmoney and TESL.
