What you'll be doing
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in science or health-related discipline or relevant equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the processes of regulatory submission requirements for clinical trials Research Ethics and Governance Information System (REGIS).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in performing a range of coordination and administrative tasks within allocated timeframe such as review and submit CTRA and protocol amendments, tracking activities for invoices
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to liaise and collaborate with key stakeholders including study sponsors and supporting departments, to perform ethics and research governance submissions for clinical trials.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt work practices to meet current and emerging business needs.
- Experience in all Microsoft Office Suite programs and working knowledge of databases. Experience with the NSW Health Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and/or eREG will be highly valued.
