Remuneration: $31.20 - $32.24 per hour 11.5% super + Salary packaging

About you:
- Frontline administration experience is essential: Candidates must have a solid foundation in administrative duties, particularly in fast-paced, front-facing roles. Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is highly regarded.
- Customer service experience is essential: The ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients, healthcare providers, and staff is crucial. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience by addressing concerns, answering questions, and guiding patients through the process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key in maintaining a high standard of service.
- High level of computer literacy: Proficiency in using computers and common office software is important for managing appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating with different departments. and training on specific systems will be provided.
