- Maintain the buildings, grounds and gardens services within the District to ensure the safe, efficient and presentable upkeep of property.
- General gardening and labour duties.
- Replace and cleaning of air-conditioning filters; maintenance of air conditioning, electrical distribution, and gas reticulation plant rooms; and removal of general and clinical waste using garbage compactus vehicle.
- This position will be required to undertake portable electrical appliance testing, Fire Safety Officer training and training in the operation of a hydrotherapy pool.

How to apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible.
- Demonstrated experience in a grounds maintenance industry and the maintenance of commercial mechanical gardening equipment.
- NSW drivers licence MR class
- Computer literate with demonstrated willingness to learn new tasks and ability to adapt to changing work practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe work practices and compliance with appropriate safety policies and procedures.
- Possess or willing to complete Portable Electrical Appliance Testing Accreditation.
