The Role
We’re currently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to be responsible for the installation, configuration and operational management and support of Service Delivery cloud and on-premise IT Systems including further enhancements. The position contributes to critical IT projects providing expert advice and detailed designs, whilst ensuring that all designs adhere to the technical, security and business architecture design standards. Additionally, ensuring the smooth operation of Service Delivery with emphasis on ITIL monitoring, customer satisfaction, process improvement and business as usual support activities.
