Selection Criteria:
- Current relevant trade qualifications such as Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Demonstrated skills and experience across heating, ventilation and air conditioning including maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders and provide technical advice.
- Experience with ability to work independently and manage work tasks and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high quality work, including compliance with Australian Standards, work health and safety practices, and policy and legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated skills in using computer applications such as Building Management system and maintenance systems.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call roster to respond to urgent maintenance requests.
- Current NSW driver licence and willingness to travel as required by the position.
