What you’ll be doing
This role is part of the Medical Oncology team within the eviQ program. As an eviQ Content Author – Nursing, you will contribute to the development of new content and the periodic review of existing content in the medical oncology area, working closely with your eviQ team members. You will also apply your expertise to develop and review nursing-related content across the eviQ program.
Your primary focus is ensuring eviQ provides accurate, evidence-based, and up-to-date point-of-care cancer treatment information tailored to Australian clinicians, patients, and carers.
Strong clinical stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Your experience in contemporary, evidence-based cancer treatment, along with your high-level analytical, research, and evaluation skills, will enable you to translate complex clinical information into clear, accessible content for the eviQ program.

In addition to base salary:
- 11.5% superannuation
- 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)
- 10 days sick leave
- 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

Essential requirements
- Extensive and current/recent experience working as a registered nurse in adult cancer services with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of contemporary cancer treatments.
- High level analytical, critical thinking, research and evaluation skills.
- Demonstrated high level engagement skills with a wide cross section of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated effective communication including verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
