About the Role

With the NSW Government investing $835 million into the John Hunter Health and Innovation Precinct, we are expanding and improving our electrical infrastructure. As an Electrician, you will:

  • Perform reactive electrical work, including breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, and testing.
  • Support construction and refurbishment projects across the hospital’s electrical systems.
  • Maintain and repair critical hospital systems, including general power and lighting, electric beds, nurse call systems, HVAC electrical systems, and steam plant infrastructure.
  • Conduct statutory testing and maintenance in accordance with Australian Standards (AS-3000, AS-3003, AS-3760, AS-3009).Work alongside experienced trade-qualified
