About the role

Grafton Base Hospital and Maclean District Hospitals are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) to coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care to patients/clients in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

The Wound Management Specialist role is responsible for the provision of a clinic based service to support patients with non healing, hard to heal wounds and will be expected to actively participate in the pressure injury prevention (PIPP) survey and provide staff education.
