About you
Enjoy the connection with community in a rural setting and hold the following:
· Must hold a current Class 1A Security Licence with the NSW Security Licensing & Enforcement Directorate (SLED), current Senior First Aid Certificate and current valid drivers licence. MNCLHD Master Licence 410572298.
· Demonstrated skills to manage aggressive incidents and / or challenging behaviours and respond to duress situations.
· Demonstrated flexibility in taking directions from supervisors and ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
· Ability to communicate effectively, with all levels of staff, as well as patients/clients and members of the public.
· Demonstrated understanding and ability to comply with environmental cleaning and knowledge of work health and safety principles, including safe manual handling and infection control.
· Participation in a 7 day rotating roster that includes weekends, public and school holidays, including morning, afternoon and night shifts.
· Understanding and willingness to work in a morgue environment
