Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Support Assistant to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team. If you are passionate about making a difference and caring for our Central Coast Community, this is your chance to showcase your skills.

About You 

  • You have excellent customer service skills with the ability to positively interact with a diverse range of people as well as demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You possess experience in commercial or industrial cleaning and or relevant experience working in a Healthcare setting, with the ability to work independently and prioritise work flows effectively to complete required tasks.
  • You have demonstrated ability to follow documented processes along with the ability to take and follow direction to complete set tasks, with the ability to contribute to team goals.
Where you'll be working

The Patient Support Assistant works within a multi-disciplinary team environment and is predominately focused on providing and maintaining a cleaning environment through the provision of a diverse range of services for clinical and non-clinical areas. The Patient Support Assistant further supports the patient journey by assisting with the patient care.
