About You
- Initiative-taking and results-oriented Organisational Development professional with a proven track record in designing, implementing and evaluating organisational development initiatives that support strategic goals.
- Is highly skilled in leadership development, change, coaching, and facilitation.
- Thrives in building and maintaining constructive working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and has exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver impactful results on time and within budget.
- Passionate about fostering positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environments.
- Partner with leadership and People & Culture Business Partners to design, implement, and evaluate strategic organisational development initiatives aligned with CCLHD goals.
- Lead projects on leadership development, talent, employee engagement, diversity/inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Provide expert consultation and coaching to leaders and managers. Drive organisational change and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless program delivery.
- Adapt to evolving State and NSW Health policies, technology, procedures, and practices.
