We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child and Adolescent Mental Health Clinician to join our Assertive Outreach and Intensive Case Management Team. This critical role is designed to support children and young people (aged 0-17) who are facing significant mental health challenges, helping them achieve lasting recovery and wellbeing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Evidence-Based Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver clinical services that focus on long-term recovery, helping children and young people develop resilience and improve their mental health.
  • Support During Mental Health Crises: Play a key role in providing immediate, effective support to children and adolescents during mental health crises.
  • Engage Families and Carers: Ensure families and carers are actively involved in all aspects of care, from assessments to care plans and ongoing reviews, fostering a collaborative approach to treatment.
  • Collaborate with Multi-Agency Partners: Work closely with a range of agencies and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for each young person.

  • Occupational Therapist Level 3
  • Psychologist
  • Clinical Psychologist
  • Senior Psychologist
  • Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2
  • Clinical Midwife Specialist Grade 2
  • Social Worker Level 3
  • Welfare Officer Level 3
  • Counsellor Level 3


About You 

  • You have a unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
  • You meet the Essential Criteria with qualifications and APHRA registration if required
  • Postgraduate experience working within a Child and Adolescent Mental Health service or Mental Health Service
  • You are available to work 08:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
