As a Business Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring effective business operations by streamlining internal service processes, improving efficiency, and fostering seamless communication between teams. Your finance and business organisational expertise will help maintain smooth workflows enabling our portfolio to meet its goals.

You’ll be assisting in drafting and managing contracts, working closely with your manager to maintain compliance and drive efficiencies. You will also be responsible for website management and act as a central point for marketing and communications, ensuring that our web content remains up-to-date, engaging and user-friendly, and aligned with organisational objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience, coordinating marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to align messaging, and facilitating the flow of information between departments will be an essential part of your role.

We are looking for a detail orientated and proactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. If you have strong organisational skills and enjoy working collaboratively, we would love to hear from you.
