ABOUT THE ROLE:

Mercy Care Centre Young NSW - a sub-acute publicly funded hospital providing inpatient and outpatient services.
Subsidised hospital accommodation available. New graduates encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance may apply.
Full time position with monthly ADO - rotational role, contract to December 13th 2024 with possibility to extend.
Opportunity exists to rotate across caseloads and work in a wide variety of areas, broadening your skills. Option specialise in areas of your interest including women’s health, paediatrics, plastering, rehabilitation and musculoskeletal caseloads. A great learning environment.
Our Physio department runs a musculoskeletal outpatient clinic, services our 26-bed subacute ward, provides acute ward cover at Young District hospital, outreach services to smaller communities, cardiac and pulmonary rehab programs and Transition Aged Care program. The physio team is 5 clinicians and two AHAs (including a senior Physio).
Large multidisciplinary Allied Health team of 22 staff. Supervision provided by our senior Physio and professional development supported. NSW Allied Health Professionals Award applies to this position. 
ABOUT YOU

You will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Physiotherapist and current drivers license
You will be a positive and proactive team member who is keen to learn.
You will be an adaptable problem solver focussed on delivering patient centred and evidence-based care.
