Justice Health NSW is seeking a collaborative and adaptable Manager Organisational Development to support organisational development, people manager capability, and culture initiatives across the organisation.
Working closely with leaders, managers, and teams, you will lead and facilitate practical organisational development initiatives that strengthen people management practice, employee engagement, team effectiveness, and workplace culture outcomes.
You will bring demonstrated experience delivering organisational development, capability, engagement, or culture initiatives within complex organisational environments, supported by highly developed facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to influence, collaborate, manage competing priorities, and adapt within evolving environments will be critical to success in this role. An understanding of adult learning principles and practices to support employee engagement and organisational outcomes is also essential.
Collaboration will be central to your success as you work closely with the broader People & Culture team to support capability uplift and positive workplace culture outcomes across Justice Health NSW.

Justice Health NSW is a state-wide, Board governed, Specialty Network delivering healthcare services to adults and young people who come into contact with, or who are at risk of coming into contact with, the criminal justice system, across secure inpatient, custodial, court and community settings. In all contexts, Justice Health NSW works closely with a variety of stakeholders, including NSW Ministry of Health, Corrective Services NSW, Juvenile Justice, Local Health Districts, Community Controlled Aboriginal Health Organisations, NSW Police Force, Department of Attorney General & Justice, Universities, community and advocacy groups.
Essential Criteria
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Psychology, or a related discipline, and/or significant demonstrated experience organisational development , capability or culture-focused roles.
- Demonstrated experience designing, facilitating and implementing organisational development, people manager capability, engagement or culture initiatives within complex organisational environments.
- Highly developed facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence, collaborate and build effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing organisational needs and deliver high-quality outcomes within timeframes.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and practices to improve employee engagement and organisational outcomes.
Current unrestricted Driver Licence and willingness to travel across the state as required.
