The Role

We’re currently looking for a Human Resources Advisor (HM1) to provide level one advice and support to employees and managers on a range of people matters, including Award interpretation, policy and procedure compliance. Additionally, the position contributes to HR projects, supports the delivery of business partnering services and assists in the development of high-quality HR data, insights, and reporting to inform decision-making.
