As a Registered Nurse in Community Mental Health, you’ll be central to delivering person-centred, evidence-based care to individuals facing mental health challenges in the community. You’ll work closely with patients, their families, and a dedicated multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement care strategies that promote well-being and recovery. The Registered Nurse will work in therapeutic and professional relationships, contributing to overall mental health improvement in the community.
You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.

A little about us.
From Helensburgh in the north to North Durras in the south, ISLHD covers an area of 5,687 square kms. That’s 5,687 square kms of beautiful beaches, coastal cycling tracks, lush rainforests, incredible bushwalks and friendly people.
