As the Nurse Manager for the Dual Diagnosis Program (Drug & Alcohol), you will lead and support teams who care for people with complex mental health and substance use needs. Day to day, you’ll be working alongside clinicians to problem-solve, support safe patient flow, manage staffing and resources, and ensure care is delivered safely and consistently. You’ll spend time coaching and developing staff, building a positive team culture, and addressing challenges as they arise. Working closely with senior leaders and service partners, you’ll use data, feedback and frontline insight to improve how the service runs and how patients experience care across the district.

ISLHD operate four hospital sites in the Illawarra: Coledale District Hospital, Bulli District Hospital, Wollongong Hospital and Shellharbour Hospital.
