Remuneration: $66,976.41 - $72,773.45per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing 
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you’ll provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to optimise patient outcomes under the supervision of Registered Nurses.

  • Deliver high-quality, individualised patient care within a supportive team environment

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating care to achieve clinical goals

  • Promote holistic, patient-centred care that respects individual needs and rights

  • Communicate effectively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation to support patient safety and compliance

Essential Criteria

  • Registration:  Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) 

 

Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position

  2. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse

  3. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team

  4. An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
