This exciting role focuses on home-based therapy delivered to a wide range of aged care and rehabilitation clients that are unable to access centre-based care. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside other physiotherapists and allied health assistants, participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring clinical excellence in outpatient and community physiotherapy services.
The successful applicant will have clinical skills in frailty, falls prevention and rehabilitation, as well as demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision to junior staff.
