As the Level 3 Occupational Therapist within the Adolescent Mental Health Inpatient Unit at ISLHD, you will provide senior clinical leadership in a six-bed specialist acute service supporting adolescents experiencing significant mental health challenges. Working within a small and passionate multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in optimising occupational therapy care delivery while mentoring and developing staff. Based within the grounds of Shellharbour Hospital, the service is part of a statewide resource and is preparing to transition into the new Shellharbour Hospital in 2028.
