About the role

Bonalbo Multi Purpose Service is seeking a 1st or 2nd year graduate Registered Nurse for their Transition to Practice Program. This is a structured program that supports the development of skills, competency and leadership qualities in Emergency Department, Acute Care and Residential Aged Care, Multi Purpose Service (MPS) nursing. 

The Multi-Purpose Service model (MPS) in smaller communities is aimed at integrating a range of health services under one management structure, including acute care, respite and palliative care, emergency, allied health, primary health and community health services.

Bonalbo is in the beautiful Northern Rivers region of NSW, known for its unspoilt bushland surroundings, sub-tropical National Parks and the majestic Clarence River. For a different type of scene, you can drive to the Gold Coast in less than 2 hours, or Brisbane in under 3 hours.
