Where you'll be working


Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing


Provide individualised excellent patient/client care within a health service environment to maximise the health outcomes for a patient/client, within a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.

Essential Criteria

Registration: Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife

Selection Criteria

  1. Previous relevant clinical experience in speciality.
  2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
  3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  4. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  5. Commitment to continuing professional development.
  6. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership to junior members of the team .
