Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrate experience as a patient care provider/cleaner within a healthcare, commercial or industrial environment
  2. Willingness to complete on the job training and a demonstrated understanding of what the role entails including infection control and waste management polices & procedures.
  3. Demonstrate communication skills, both written and verbal to be able to follow written instructions
  4. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to positively interact with a diverse range of people
  5. Demonstrated experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team and within a complex and changing environment
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritise work flows effectively to complete required tasks
  7. Ability to work a 24 hour/7 day per week roster
  8. Knowledge of Work Health and Safety, in particular Manual Handling.
