  1. Registered Nurse with current registration to practice from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  2. Relevant tertiary qualifications or working towards the same; or alternatively relevant work experience or a combination of qualification and work experience.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management and delivery of drug and alcohol services.
  4. Demonstrated capacity to liaise, communicate and negotiate with key service stakeholders such as hospital managers and relevant hospital personnel.
  5. Demonstrated ability to implement and manage change to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
  6. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team, utilising high-level communication skills, with an ongoing commitment to professional development to further advance their management and leadership competencies.
  7. Effective interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate the ability to engage, enable and manage teams.
  8. Current Driver's Licence valid in NSW with the ability and willingness to travel across the district to support clinical teams as direct line manager.
