- Registered Nurse with current registration to practice from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or working towards the same; or alternatively relevant work experience or a combination of qualification and work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management and delivery of drug and alcohol services.
- Demonstrated capacity to liaise, communicate and negotiate with key service stakeholders such as hospital managers and relevant hospital personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage change to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team, utilising high-level communication skills, with an ongoing commitment to professional development to further advance their management and leadership competencies.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate the ability to engage, enable and manage teams.
- Current Driver's Licence valid in NSW with the ability and willingness to travel across the district to support clinical teams as direct line manager.
