What you'll be doing:
We are seeking talented and passionate professionals who are looking to work as an ICT Clinical Analyst. This is a permanent full time opportunity within our ICT Clinical Systems Team.

The ICT Clinical Analyst is responsible for working with clinical staff in reviewing workflows related to clinical systems and providing them with support and continuing education on eMR and other systems. The role will assist to implement enhancements/solutions across the district. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a clinical background and business analyst experience. In addition, we are seeking for an individual who will help ensure that projects requirements are delivered and develop innovative changes that will meet or exceed the needs of the organisation.

Selection Criteria to be Addressed:

  1. Demonstrated extensive Clinical Analyst experience or extensive experience as a health professional
  2. Proven involvement or a strong desire to gain experience working on clinically driven ICT projects and working with clinicians
  3. Demonstrated highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong planning, organisational and time management skills
  4. Proven experience in stakeholder management demonstrating a high level of interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to communicate collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes
  5. Proven excellent communication (oral and written) with the ability to facilitate presentations, workshops and participate in discussions with various stakeholders i.e. end users, vendors and executives, with proven skills in developing written reports and procedures
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a project team environment within a complex organisation influencing others to move towards a common goal or vision
  7. Demonstrated ability to use a number of techniques to gather, interpret and prioritise requirements and oversee their completion
  8. Current Driver’s Licence and ability and willingness to travel as required, with a willingness at times to work on projects outside regular business hours
