  1. A bachelor of Education / Teaching (or a degree with a minimum of 2 years proven studies in Child Development plus education content)
  2. Postgraduate experience, skills and knowledge in leadership and service development
  3. Experience working with children 0-18yrs – especially 0-8years
  4. Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, with proven success in multidisciplinary team settings.
  5. Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills with an ability to work flexibly within service demands.
  6. Demonstrated experience and commitment to continuing education, quality management and/or research activities.
