Selection Criteria 

  1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent).
  2. Sound knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts, performance tuning T-SQL using execution plan analysis, Dimensional Modelling concepts (Facts/Dimensions) and proficient in source control practices using GIT.
  3. Demonstrated experience working in both project and production support environments independently when required as well as in a team-based environment.
  4. Demonstrated experience working in SSIS and working on T-SQL within SQL Server (2012+).
  5. Familiar with Agile operational methodology, DevOps principles, Microsoft Azure cloud services and Power BI.
  6. Excellent conceptual and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources and deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  7. Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate issues and solutions in a simple manner.
  8. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, using Agile project management methodologies.
