About you

- Can support large-scale health projects at a district or statewide level to embed virtual care.
- Can support change management initiatives across clinical services.
- Work well in a team, build strong relationships, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent written communication skills.
- Are agile and able to adapt to the changing needs of the health system.
