As a 360° Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll have the autonomy to structure your day, lead a small team (up to 3 legends), and support recruitment across one of the largest and most impactful employers in the region.

What you’ll actually be doing:
- Running your own recruitment portfolio with full autonomy - from job briefs and advertising to promotion, hiring manager support, and onboarding
- Coordinating talent pools using eligibility lists, LinkedIn InMails, and proactive outreach to fill roles strategically
- Supporting and developing up to three team members
- Building great relationships with hiring managers and understanding the real people behind the roles
- Visiting sites, learning about different departments, and making recruitment personal (and powerful)
- Using marketing, strategy, and creativity to attract top-tier talent
