Are you ready to take the next step in your healthcare administration career? We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Rostering Support Officer (RSO) to join our dynamic team and play a key role in workforce coordination for our casual and permanent pool nursing and midwifery teams.

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
Shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm // 10:00am – 6:00pm

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with Nurse Unit Managers (NUMs) to identify and backfill staffing deficits
  • Oversee and coordinate rostering for NUMs, including allocation in Health Roster
  • Be the main contact for casual and permanent pool staffing
  • Lead recruitment processes for casual workforce
  • Accurately update rosters and allocate shifts under correct cost centres
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
  • Enjoy great exposure to senior operational and executive leaders – a true career progression opportunity
