Your Next Professional Home
As our Administration Manager, you will be at the centre of a dynamic and evolving environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Staff rostering, recruitment, performance management, and training.
- Maintaining an open-door approach; Supporting staff through change, facilitating professional growth and providing a confidential approachable space
- Actively supporting your team on the ground while contributing to executive-level discussions
- Overseeing a large and growing workforce across a vast range of services including inpatient, outpatient, emergency, admissions & switchboard
- Leading with a balance of authority and empathy, upholding a culture of accountability, trust, and care
This role requires you to see both the big picture and the finer details, allowing you to guide administrative operations in a way that truly enhances the patient journey across the facility.

You will be well-supported in your role, with a strong framework to help you succeed:
- Regular support and check-ins with the General Manager
- Skilled and dependable Team Leads who provide daily operational support
- A thorough handover from the outgoing Administration Manager to ensure a smooth transition
- Linked in with other leaders and managers within the organisation to build strong connections and a robust professional support network
- You will be connected in with a mentor to provide ongoing support and guidance
