Remuneration: $37.91 - $38.78 per hour + Superannuation + Salary Packaging
Location: Waratah Campus | Awabakal Country -This role is site based only

About the role:
As a Recruitment Officer you will take ownership of recruitment processes; driving fair, merit‑based hiring from end to end in a fast-paced environment. You’ll use contemporary tools, targeted sourcing strategies and practical, grounded advice to help hiring managers feel confident in their decisions and support external and internal candidates through the process. Building strong relationships with candidates, managers and your team members will be central to how you create a smooth, transparent and compliant recruitment experience across your portfolio. Whether you’re an experienced recruiter looking for their next challenge, or a customer service expert wanting to take the next step in their career, we want to hear from you!
You won’t be working alone. You will be supported by your Senior Recruitment Officers, Team Leads, and Recruitment Managers. A thorough orientation will be provided as well as a clear, structured training program to ensure you are given the right tools at the right time to do your role well. The General Recruitment Services (GRS) team are a friendly, collaborative team who come together regularly to support one another and celebrate wins as a group.
