About the role:
Narrabri Community Health Service (CHS) is excited to welcome you as their new Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) into the team. On any given day, you will be managing workforce operations within the unit such as rostering and performance reviews; auditing; leading change management projects; managing the purchasing and procurement of the unit and so on. If you enjoy variety in your role, then we want to hear from you!

You won’t be working alone. The NUM works with the Community Health Manager supporting each other within all the daily functions of the service.  All staff have an annual Professional Development Plan of which includes education, training, professional reflection in the establishment of goals. The NUM will be offered supervision and be connected with other NUMs undertaking the same role. Narrabri Community Health Service is a welcoming and caring place of employment. Where you’ll be working:
Narrabri Community Health, nestled within the Narrabri Hospital grounds. The service liaises and consults with the acute services that offering comprehensive care through its 28-bed inpatient unit. The Community Health is collocated with acute services as they work cohesively for patient care. Our dedicated team of Allied Health, Community Nursing (varied specialisations) and mother / baby programs work together to ensure the best outcomes for our patients and families. Requirements: 
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
