Remuneration: $33.59 - $34.70 per hour

What you'll be doing
In this frontline administrative role, you will manage, coordinate and support the smooth operation of the Pre‑Admission Clinic by ensuring patients and clinicians are fully supported every day.
You will:
Act as the first point of contact for patients, greeting them in person and over the phone with professionalism and care
Manage patient admissions and discharges using iPM, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
Prepare, maintain and distribute clinical documentation to support safe, efficient patient care
Coordinate clinic administration including bookings, scanning, filing, interpreter services, correspondence and enquiries
Build strong working relationships across multidisciplinary teams while prioritising tasks in a fast‑paced environment

High level customer service skills in a busy environment
Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues

Demonstrated computer literacy including iPM appointments and surgical waitlists as well as basic medical terminology
