Are you a visionary and supportive leader who thrives in a close-knit team environment? Kurri Kurri District Hospital (KKDH) is seeking an experienced and driven Site Nurse Manager to lead our clinical services and day-to-day operations across our dynamic and community-focused health facility.

As Site Nurse Manager, you’ll:

  • Oversee the operational management of KKDH clinical services and day-to-day corporate functions
  • Lead with empathy and provide a supportive presence for staff, patients, and families
  • Be the key point of escalation and problem-solving, particularly around patient flow and complex issues
  • Actively contribute to the strategic direction of KKDH and Maitland services as a valued member of the Executive Team
  • Provide expert advice on workforce planning, skills development, and service growth
  • Be part of the on-call leadership roster (one night a week and one weekend in five) to support after-hours teams, manage ambulance delays, and resolve facility and security concerns

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Eligible to drive in NSW.
