About the role:

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Lead clinical work providing expert assessment and intervention within specialist Cardiac Rehab, Renal services and may include ICU as required.
  • Support the professional development of up to three junior OT staff on rotation, providing day-to-day supervision and guidance.
  • Be adaptable to the needs of the department, with flexibility to cover additional clinical load when required.
  • Play an active role in collaborative team practice and contribute to a strong, positive team culture.


The working days for this role are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Requirements:

  • Occupational Therapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA

 

Additional Information: 

  • To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia. Employment of a temporary visa holder will only be offered in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa. 
  • An eligibility list will be created for future temporary part time vacancies.
