Hours Per Week: 24 – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

About the role:
- Lead clinical work providing expert assessment and intervention within specialist Cardiac Rehab, Renal services and may include ICU as required.
- Support the professional development of up to three junior OT staff on rotation, providing day-to-day supervision and guidance.
- Be adaptable to the needs of the department, with flexibility to cover additional clinical load when required.
- Play an active role in collaborative team practice and contribute to a strong, positive team culture.
The working days for this role are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

About you:
- Brings strong clinical experience
- Has excellent interpersonal and supervision skills, with a passion for supporting and mentoring junior staff.
- Is flexible and proactive, ready to step in and adapt to service needs.
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
Requirements:
- Occupational Therapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA
Additional Information:
- To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia. Employment of a temporary visa holder will only be offered in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.
