About the role – Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse on G3, you will provide safe and accurate medication administration, prepare patients for surgery, and deliver compassionate post-operative care. You’ll respond promptly to changes in patient condition, supported by approachable senior staff, a dedicated ward educator, and after-hours clinical educators.
Our 24-hour ward offers flexible shift options and opportunities to expand your skills in areas such as ECG interpretation, cardiac monitoring, massive transfusion protocols, and complex patient management.
In our welcoming, team-focused environment, you will be supported every step of the way to grow and excel. You will learn ECG rhythms, cardiac monitoring, massive transfusion protocol management, eating disorder treatment and management, as well as complex infusions, management of drains, catheters, central venous access devices and much more.
